Pananima Guitars are designed to maximize playing comfort while providing modern tonal versatility and absolute dependability. We follow an undogmatic, science-based approach to design, favoring contemporary methods and hardware over vintage-correctness.
Aside from precise CNC steps (e.g. fret slots, pickguards), all our guitars are hand-made at our workshop in Stromberg, Germany. There is no outsourced manufacturing. Every instrument is custom crafted to the customer’s specs, making every Pananima unique.
Through our configurator sandbox, we offer over 180 different customization options across 5 models, many of which come at no additional cost. You can pick any combination of body shape, headstock shape, scale, fret count, neck profile, fretboard radius and more.
We use 100% European tone woods from responsible silviculture projects in Germany and the EU – not only to minimize our footprint, but because we believe they are equal to tropical woods in quality and tone.
Standard features include a contoured neck heel, ergonomic cutouts, electrics placement, rounded edges, and recessed pots. Comfort should not be a paid add-on.
