At Pananima, we build guitars as co-creative projects. You are booking a unique creative experience.
Use our sandbox to design your dream guitar and book a video appointment with us. Share any special requests and we’ll prepare a solution for you.
In a relaxed video call, we review and fine-tune your Pananima together, check our unique wood selection, discuss special requests, timelines and final pricing.
The guitar is commissioned by signing an order form and making a 50% deposit. At this point, we pick out the woods and begin work on your instrument.
We document the progress and upload pictures regularly into your personal project journal. We also share content directly from our workshop on our social media accounts.
Before coloring and finishing the guitar, we will invite you to a video catch-up, directly from our workshop, for a full rundown before finishing and assembly.
Once your guitar is completed, we’ll invite you to a final inspection of your guitar. We’ll walk through the spec sheet to confirm that everything was built as per your order and that the guitar is perfect and ready to rock, before we get it ready for shipping. The second payment rate (the remaining 50%) is now due, before the guitar is shipped
